Taking Flight

In my last session of Amal fellowship, I leant that most of the time people just need support and motivation to get the desire results. This fellowship gives me general idea how things can happen in professional world. Life is all about ups and down but we need to stay determined and positive.

Our last was all about mega project presentations in which every group presented their ideas and execution of project. We need to show professional lism and everything that we learnt in fellowship in last 3 months.

Alhamdulillah, Our group presented better than our expectations. Everybody chipped in at the right time and made our maams proud. We were positive a day before that everything will be fine. The next day everything went as we prepared.

Lesson from the session was simple, sometimes people could not perform well in team. You just need to back them up and give motivation instead of telling them that they are not working. Always be hopeful and be positive. In this regard, I admire huma(our group leader) quality. There was a time when things are not going in right direction. She listened to me and stayed calm. As a result, we got succeeded in our presentations.

Everything, I learnt in this fellowship from discovering myself to success stories. Now these learnings are part of me in one way or other. I will use these skills in future, InshAllah.
